**** Formerly the country of The United States of America— the country is now a fractured “Cyber-Nation”, ruled by four mega-regions known as “The Providences” *** → Each providence is known for their own economy/resources that they can offer, along with their own leaderships and mandates → Major Providences/territories (in the instance of The World Stage) have power over claimed sub-territories ; meanwhile, sub-territories serve the will and jurisdiction of the Providence/territory they happen to reside beneath and are mostly used to syphon resources, materials and wealth by the Providence/territory leaders*
**** The costal city of Vancouver had to be transferred into a floating arcology due to rising sea levels and natural disasters *** - Born from global warming complications reaching critical mass, which would also tie into the creation of multiple Space Elevators dotting the globe nationwide*
